My approach to counseling is client centered, experiential, non-judgmental and creative. Everyone has experiences that have shaped who they are and why they are attending therapy. I meet clients where they are at. Change and growth is possible with the right support and understanding. I want my clients to feel safe and comfortable discussing anything. I value the importance of establishing good rapport with clients. I want my clients to have the necessary tools to thrive.
