I take a warm, holistic and relational approach considering the mind-body connection and incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization And Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Family Systems.
