Trauma can cause a person to get stuck in the past. With therapy, healing can begin to allow you to live fully in the present, with less triggers and fear. I work with adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma, or who are suffering from depression and anxiety. I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Internal Family Systems Model in my work.
