therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself. many of the people i work with feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel aligned. you may be navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, grief, or questions around identity and belonging. i am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR-trained therapist, originally from New York, with an MSW from Florida Atlantic University. my approach is relational and collaborative, emphasizing connection and safety over labels or diagnoses. my work is trauma-informed, and spiritually integrative, honoring belief systems and intuition alongside evidence-based care. i focus on trauma, anxiety, ADHD, grief, and identity concerns, attachment patterns, nervous system regulation, and the ways past experiences shape present relationships, particularly for adoptees and people of color.
