About
While life is filled with wonderful and difficult aspects (and everything in-between), walking through those more difficult parts can leave one feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, and isolated. Having a secure and confidential space to grieve, process changes, and make sense of your story can be incredibly healing during these times. My heart as a therapist is to be a secure person who welcomes and honors all parts of you, to walk alongside you in your hurts and hopes, and to empower you with the confidence and tools to carry with you through life. With a warm and welcoming environment, we can explore, grow, and heal together. View 4 Photos I provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma/abuse, body-image & eating disorders, relational conflict/distress, life transitions, grief, and place-of-worship hurt. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and narrative-based, and pulls from internal family systems and feminist theory.
