Healing from trauma is never easy — but it is possible. I work with individuals who have experienced trauma, domestic violence, involvement in the criminal justice system, cultural stressors, Spanish-speaking, and systemic barriers. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care that honors your story and your resilience. As a bilingual therapist, I am especially passionate about working with the Spanish-speaking community, first-generation immigrants, and individuals navigating the intersection of culture, trauma, & identity. My goal is to create a safe, empowering space where you can reclaim your sense of self & move toward healing.
