We all have seasons where we need to be reminded that we are not alone. I strive to cultivate an authentic space for you to explore the complexities of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Practicing from a trauma-informed perspective, my approach integrates modalities such as somatic therapy, attachment-based approaches, parts work, and EMDR to support each client's holistic goals. Through my experience in child welfare services, collegiate counseling, and private practice, I have worked with a wide range of populations, from youth to older adults. I primarily focus on individuals with complex trauma and attachment wounds, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and PTSD.
