I am a Mexican-American therapist-in-training who understands firsthand how culture, family, and life experiences shape who we are and how we heal. My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in connection, recognizing that healing happens not just in the mind or body, but also through the relationships we build and the stories we carry. I work with clients of all ages and believe therapy doesn’t have to be monotonous or follow a rigid formula. Instead, I see it as a space where you decide what feels right; whether that means engaging in hands-on activities, exploring creative expression, or simply having someone listen deeply.
