Maria employs a philosophy of motivational interviewing and person-centered approaches using techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, Adlerian theory, and positive psychology. She enjoys helping individuals through the process of change, improving their health and wellness, and helping the reach their full potential. In her spare time, Maria enjoys spending time with her husband going to movies, fishing, hiking, eating out, traveling, and hanging out with their families. One of her favorite past time is cooking and baking.
