I support individuals struggling with the impact of trauma and immigration. Often traumatic and stressful experiences can leave a person feeling ‘different’, anxious, fearful, and hopeless. I am here to support those individuals heal and overcome the impact of traumatic experiences. I also support individuals struggling with self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, stress, and mild to moderate eating and weight disorders.
