I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll unpack the patterns, stories, and stressors that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools to help you feel more confident, connected, and in control. I work with adults of all ages with a focus on supporting individuals through life transitions: career burnout, relationship shifts, identity changes, and the complexities of becoming (or deciding not to become) a parent.
