I am a New York state licensed social worker with experience in case management and supportive counseling for older adults and their family caregivers. My approach is strengths-based, emotion-focused, & holistic, helping individuals develop healthy coping skills and work through limiting beliefs and trauma associated with chronic illness and caregiving. I strive to create a safe space where clients can freely express their thoughts & feelings. As a family caregiver myself, I understand the challenges faced by caregivers & advocate for their needs. I collaborate with various caregiver organizations to advocate for family caregivers.
