What makes my practice unique is the integration of bottom-up processing, analytical approaches, and judgment-free self-expression through metaphor, abstraction, and creativity. I believe in the power of embracing complexity and honoring the wisdom of both your inner world and outward expression. Together, we explore hidden parts of yourself, address mistrust, over-reliance on cognition, and create space for your experiences to be seen and understood. We do this at a comfortable pace.
