Welcome! I've spent over 18 years working in mental and behavioral health, and more than 6 years as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My focus is on adult individuals who experience challenges in the areas of self-worth, self-esteem and relationships with others- whether that's with family, friends, romantic, acquaintances, bosses, or co-workers. I also work with clients who feel creatively blocked and want to rediscover motivation and empowerment to reach their goals. Together we'll explore ways to bring balance, clarity, and energy back into your life. Note: I am not practicing couples therapy at this time.
