I am an experienced and seasoned clinician. I help people overcome difficult life changes and transitions so that they can regain their balance, feel better, and live fully once again. We may not always be able to make painful situations go away. But, we can learn productive and meaningful ways to manage them. I strive to enable my clients to develop skills that will serve them well and that will enable them to manage life’s challenges, beyond the therapy room.
