I’d like to begin by acknowledging the courage that it takes to seek out therapy. The reality is that life is hard! Yes, there are beautiful moments but the difficult times are very real. I am a BILINGUAL (Spanish speaking) LMFT providing counseling to individuals and families addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, parenting issues, DCFS, and much more. My style is client-centered, as I believe it is important to meet you right where you’re at on your journey. I generally also draw from Cognitive Behavioral techniques.
