My ideal clients are individuals looking to do the work in counseling, who is motivated to attend sessions, and commits to the therapeutic process by working towards goals and implementing new techniques learned, coping skills, and/or changes to daily life. I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, eating disorders, trauma and childhood trauma, grief and bereavement, phases of life, women's issues, LGBTQ+ issues, gender identity, children and adolescents, family issues, career issues, and daily stressors.
