Every human deserves to experience healing, to live life fully, and thrive. I am holistic and humanistic; mind, body, soul, spirit are connected. I believe in the power of curiosity, energy, grace, connection, and humor. Therapy offers new learning, self-discovery, skill-building, growth, and healing.
