I meet you where you’re at, provide a safe space to process feelings and experiences, and help you discover your path to heal and thrive. I believe that building trust with my clients is an important piece to successful therapy. My therapy style is eclectic, I incorporate different treatment styles to meet your unique needs. No two people are the same, therefore therapy should reflect this. Working with women across the lifespan is a passion of mine. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health Counseling, and specialize in supporting with perinatal/postpartum mental health needs including loss and infertility. I also support depression, anxiety, grief & loss, health/chronic illness, life transitions, attachment trauma & life stress.
