I am a Licensed Psychotherapist/Counselor with more than thirty years of experience in the Clinical field. I have worked with individuals, couples and families in coping, adjusting and resolving many life challenges. I will actively listen and work with you in setting a positive therapeutic environment conducive to empowerment and change. We will identify those aspects of your life that are in need of attention. Setting objectives and goals while evaluating and monitoring progress as we move forward. I will provide you with any relevant information and tools design to facilitate your healing and well being. Change is possible! I have been trained on applying a Systems approach and a Problem Solving perspective. I also incorporate other therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral proven effective to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. I am also bilingual and bicultural. I speak English and Spanish.
