As a therapist, I look forward to walking with you through this journey to reach your healing and mental health goals. I currently work with children, adolescents and adults. I am trauma focused and recognize the importance of creating a safe space for my clients to process what they have experienced. Some of my focus areas include: emotional eating, eating disorders, trauma/PTSD, self-harm, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, panic disorders, family and relationship struggles, and infertility.
