As a licensed psychotherapist, I truly believe that developing a trusting therapeutic relationship is essential to the success of therapy. I offer individual, couples, and family counseling for adults, teens, and children. If you are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, poor self-image, relationship difficulty, or trauma, I can help. I offer a warm, accepting environment to help you improve the quality of your life and your level of functioning. My goal is to help you achieve your highest potential, develop healthy coping skills, and live the life that you aspire to. I offer DCF-approved parenting skills training as well as play therapy for children with behavioral disorders. My group, Balanced Life Therapy Group, also offers life coaching services including career, educational and family coaching as well as educational tutoring by a Certified Teacher for children of all ages.
