You don’t need to be fixed — you need to be understood. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing since 2013. My clinical background includes extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care. I also integrate relational approaches and working knowledge of couple’s frameworks when supporting partners and families. I offer virtual therapy for clients 14+. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come to therapy — you just need a place to start.
