I am dedicated to empowering others to see their personal value, move forward from challenging or painful experiences, and not only accept who they are today, but to also see the potential in their future. Working together we will explore how to better manage responses to the stress of daily life, as well as move forward from past experiences so you can focus on living for today. I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, polyvagal practices, and working with trauma needs in various settings, as well as motivational interviewing. I also bring experience working with mandated treatment needs and within forensic settings. National Certified Counselor (NCC) since 2018.
