Is your motivation or self esteem down? My name is Mariah Faulkner and I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of New Hampshire. I am currently focusing my practice and studies on supporting individuals facing new life challenges, body image issues, depression, anxiety and a variety of mental health challenges that get in the way of living the life we deserve. I focus on empowering individuals from within and will provide a safe and accepting environment. My approach is individual to each client and I operate with the understanding that our minds are a powerful entity. Our inner voices are some of the most harsh we will ever hear. My practice is inspired by cognitive and behavioral modalities as well as strength and solution based strategies.
