I like to incorporate my creative spirit into therapy and I believe people of all ages can increase their self-awareness and express their feelings through movement. I utilize a multifaceted approach to achieve mind-body healing. In my therapy practice, I integrate techniques from EMDR, CBT, ACT, and trauma-responsive yoga. I am passionate about tailoring my approach for each individual and couple, and I strive to make therapy a positive and impactful journey.
