Dealing with stress, grief, anxiety, or depression? The counseling services that I provide are for prevention and intervention to foster development of adaptive and adjustive behavior. Each client is different, and I work to help you find autonomy and to be a self-advocate. I see both adult and adolescent clients, and work to create a therapy plan that is best for each individual. I also work with parents and provide parenting skills for children of all ages. I foster a nurturing, nonjudgemental environment and provide concrete strategies to address client needs. With over 20 years in practice, I am able to successfully build meaningful therapeutic relationships. I am passionate about my work and provide short and long term therapy for a wide variety of mental health issues. I strive to help my clients reach the goal of being the best they can be and achieve balance in life.
