Wherever you are right now, you’re not alone, and you deserve support. Sometimes in the midst of the chaos, what we need most is to feel seen, as intimidating as that can be at times. We all carry stories within us, some that keep replaying in our heads or in our lives. As a registered mental health counselor intern, I'm here to listen, witness, and help support you as you share your story and start drafting the next chapter. We’ll go at your pace and start with growing a sense of safety. Life can be challenging at any age, and sometimes we need a gentle space to slow down, release, reflect, and make sense of our experiences.
