I work with women who are thoughtful, ambitious, and deeply caring—often those who have carried responsibility from a young age and are now choosing to live in closer alignment with their own values. Many of my clients are professionals or leaders who have spent years navigating cultural expectations, family roles, and achievement, and are ready to develop a stronger voice in their relationships, at work, and within themselves. They are not in acute crisis, but feel called to slow down, reflect, and engage in therapy as a meaningful, ongoing process.
