I am an experienced, licensed clinical psychologist. Sound mental health is more than the absence of mood swings and mental problems. It is something based in reality. It allows you to enjoy your life and meet life's challenges while maintaining a healthy balance between all aspects of your life. I will work with you to achieve your goals and alleviate suffering. The work is conducted in a comfortable, caring and private setting. I will work with you to set goals that suit your desired outcome, utilizing a variety of clinical approaches (behavioral, psychodynamic and spiritual). I work with people from adolescents to older individuals. I treat individuals and couples, and I look forward to working with you.
