Maribel is a Bilingual & Bicultural clinician. She is the daughter of immigrant parents and the first generation to be born in the United States. Her parents migrated within the US for work, born in California and raised between Texas and Michigan. She has worked in social work for 8 years serving vulnerable populations including refugee/immigrant families and children in foster care as newcomers. She has experience working with clients struggling with substance use disorders/co-occurring and works with both adults and adolescents. She is experienced working with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, & domestic violence.
