I am a Licensed Social Worker Therapist with an emphasis on DBT therapy and inner healing. When life becomes overwhelming, you may be challenged with many different emotions. My goal as your therapist is to provide you with a safe space to recognize and work together through whatever may be causing you emotional difficulties. I want to help you walk into the destined life that you were called to live. You can overcome life's challenges by learning new skills to help combat your current situations. I combine inner-healing/inner-child, faith-based counseling, and DBT skills to help you achieve your goals.
