As a bilingual, first-gen Dominican-American therapist, I bring both cultural awareness & clinical expertise to my work. I help Gen Z & young adults navigate the complexities of identity, intergenerational pressure, trauma, & personal growth. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and affirming—I believe healing happens when we feel seen, safe, & supported. I especially love working with 1st gen students & professionals who are breaking generational cycles & learning how to care for themselves while still honoring where they come from.
