One of my core values is to offer my complete presence to the other person. I believe presence is key to fostering a safe and secure environment so that mutual trust can unfold and transformative work can be done. Since 2010, I have focused my work on children and parents struggling with family life challenges including traumatic events such as divorce, loss, prenatal/birth trauma, medical procedures, adoption and attachment disruption. I am also trained in Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (SMART), a modality that specifically helps children resolve trauma using play, movement, and sensory motor stimulation.
