My practice is to assist clients in finding the root issues and bringing it to surface to allow the client to see other sides of the situation to make a healthier choice for them. I work with clients to understand all parts of them and accept themselves. My practice is a judgement-free environment as this will provide clients with a safe place to be honest and not afraid to expose who they are. I use humor to help clients feel at ease and directness to provide clear responses to aid in allowing clients to go deep within their issues.
