People with trauma often find themselves spending countless hours in therapy but not getting lasting relief. That is because not every therapist is specially trained to treat trauma, and not every therapy intervention is able to access the part of the brain where traumatic memories live. I am a licensed clinical social worker with multiple years’ experience in treating complex trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, BPD, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. I am also a Level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), a Phase 2-trained Brainspotter, and a Level 4 trained Lifespan Integration therapist.
