Are you feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Stuck and not making much progress on your own? Therapy can provide some insight and clarity. Together we will collaborate to work on goals for adjustments in behaviors and thinking patterns. I plan to sit with you with intention, to explore these goals and beliefs. I will assist in helping you discover the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I do this by incorporating an eclectic approach, one rooted in evidenced based interventions. My experience includes working with mood disorders, anxiety, depressive symptoms, and those who are adjusting to stressful life events.
