I have been a therapist for over 8 years helping people with trauma, anxiety, family discord/attachment, depression, ADHD, OCD, life transition stressors, personality disorders and grief. Utilizing a non-judgmental and compassionate approach, I work to provide direction through safe exploration of feelings, thoughts and beliefs that interfere with your daily life. I want to help people navigate the way to stability, self-love and wholeness. I have worked with LGBTQA+ individuals, people of color, victims of violence and addiction. I hope we can work together in therapy! I am fluent in mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, parenting skills, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Family Therapy, Couples Therapy. I also use artistic therapeutic approaches with clients who are interested. I love working with teens, young adults & parents!
