The first step is this very moment when you decided that you wanted to be in a different emotional place where your anxiety, depression and trauma no longer controls you but you control it. Where you feel seen, heard, supported, and empowered, especially those in the BIPOC community. So together, let's build on your strengths and move your goals forward. I believe that clients are experts in their own lives, and my role is to guide, support, and work alongside you to navigate the challenges that you are facing through the use of CBT, trauma-informed therapy, and narrative therapy.
