I help children, teens, adults, and families navigate stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, developmental or school struggles, relationship challenges, chronic health concerns, and more, building resilience and practical strategies for meaningful change. I work with individuals and families to explore past and present sources of pain and resilience, supporting personal growth and healthier connections. I provide play therapy for young children, guidance for parents, and therapy for school-age children, teens, and adults facing challenges such as identity concerns, low self-esteem, OCD, or PTSD.
