It takes a village to build up our children's inner most strengths and help families and individuals through difficult times. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, that belief is my foundation. I specialize in working with children, teens, and their families and individuals with complex trauma. I have experience helping individuals and families with school related behavioral problems, anxiety, depression, ADHD, parent separation, and trauma. No one is the same and therefore I use evidence-based interventions and uniquely tailor them to the needs and strengths of each individual client.
