I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor with a background in trauma, attachment, and animal-assisted interventions. I have worked with youth and their families in a therapeutic setting conducting individual, family, and group counseling. I enjoy exploring how to maximize the natural world and the existing supports in your life. I am a trained facilitator for Circle of Security, a parenting program, and enjoy supporting parents from birth onwards. I am also well-versed in supporting people exploring issues around faith/religion, pet selection, and career exploration.
