I work with adults of all ages facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma/PTSD, grief & bereavement, chronic illness, building self-esteem & confidence, and personal growth. I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. Using a person-centered approach, I support you in moving toward the life you want, at your own pace, and in a way that honors your unique needs. I offer extensive clinical experience gained in mental health settings and leading Boston hospitals, and currently provide psychotherapy at Mass General Brigham and in my private practice.
