I work with adults (18+) facing the impact of overwhelming life events and trauma, helping them feel safe, seen, and supported as they move toward healing and integration. We will focus on building your coping skills and connecting you to communities of support. Immigrants and social service providers hold a special place in my practice. I understand the unique weight of vicarious trauma and chronic stress these experiences can bring, and I offer a compassionate, culturally attuned space to support your growth.
