Dr. Rogers is a Florida licensed psychologist based in east Pompano Beach who blends traditional Western clinical approaches with holistic, mind–body practices in the assessment and treatment of a wide array of mental health challenges for children, adolescents and adults. In addition, Dr. Rogers hosts the LIFE in FOCUS podcast and has authored guided journal workbooks dedicated to neuroscience, executive functioning, mindfulness, and psychoneuroimmunology.
