Hello! I’m a Temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering individual therapy for teens and adults. My clinical experience includes supporting individuals navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, OCD, disordered eating, and questions about identity or purpose. I’m especially passionate about supporting students through life transitions, relationship stress, and academic pressure.
