Life can get really heavy sometimes. I firmly believe that everyone can benefit from an intentional, safe, supportive, empathetic space and companion. Having been in the field for well over a decade has given me the opportunity to gain expertise in a variety of issues, particularly in treating anxiety, ADHD, existential angst, relationship issues, and life transitions. I am a neurodiverse and LGBTQIA celebratory provider.
