Hi, my name is Mariela Navarrette, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Being a first-generation Latin American, I understand the challenges and impacts of unprocessed mental health issues within cultures and family dynamics. I have also witnessed and experienced the beauty of receiving help in difficult times and have seen the positive impacts it can have. This led me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social Work, with the hope that my education, training, and skills would help others and create a ripple effect that brings about change in people. Life is a journey, and I am here to walk beside you through the good and bad. We'll work together to help you achieve your goals and discover how to help yourself. I will challenge you to dig deep and step out of your comfort zone. I will sit with you in moments of pain and sadness, providing a listening ear during difficult times.
