We all experience different situations in life where we could benefit from a little bit of support and guidance. I chose to become a mental health professional because I saw the need for people to have someone to talk to. I work with families and individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, trauma, school difficulties, foster care issues, grief, parenting, self-esteem, and other issues. My goal is to help clients feel prepared to take the next step, whether that’s nurturing small progress or planting seeds for future growth.
