When we find ourselves struggling in our lives, engaging in therapy can make a difference. I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing both in-person and virtually in Oak Park IL and Madison WI. I work with adults, children and adolescents, as well as couples & families seeking psychotherapy for a range of issues. I strive to create a safe holding environment where we explore the landscape of the mind, emotions and one's relationships. Through the experience of therapeutic relationship, we process and identify patterns, conflicts and needs with the aim of establishing healthier ways of living and relating.
